How do I return a purchase?

Regardless of the purchase price, you can return shoes within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been worn and are in a resaleable condition. A replacement (provided the correct size is in stock) or refund will be processed within 7 days. Shipping to us (St. Petersburg, Zastavskaya 13, SDEK) is the buyer's responsibility.

The footwear warranty covers the following defects for 40 days: seam wear, upper detachment (1-2 mm is acceptable), and detachment of the upper. During this period, we provide warranty repairs at our facility or reimburse the cost of re-gluing at your preferred repair shop with a receipt (shipping costs are not included).

Please note the specific features of leather pole dance shoes: first and foremost, these are shoes that are subject to increased stress from jumping, sliding, and other activities, which affects their durability and appearance. Unlike regular shoes, which are stitched or have the upper "sealed" into the sole, strip shoes, due to the specific nature of the model, are glued using a different technology. Furthermore, we use natural materials that have a fatty layer, unlike fabric or leatherette. Due to these features, the upper may separate from the platform by 1-2 mm, but this is not critical and does not affect performance. Typically, the separation does not extend beyond this point. If this does occur, we await your pair for warranty repair.

All other cases are not considered defects, including chips on the platform (despite the most expensive shipping, we already receive components in this condition), wear on the leather or sole during use, broken hardware, etc. In any case, we are open to any feedback and consider each case individually.
