The PRIDE online store, located at www.studiopride.ru, is located in St. Petersburg, Ligovsky Prospekt, 266, lit. 1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is the Seller's public offer, addressed to an indefinite number of persons, to enter into a remote purchase and sale agreement with the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") under the terms and conditions contained in this Offer, including all Appendices.

1.2. Ordering Products on the Online Store Website – items specified by the Buyer from the range of Products offered for sale when submitting an application for purchase on the Online Store Website or through the Operator.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. By ordering Products posted on the Online Store Website, the Buyer agrees to all the terms and conditions of this Offer.

2.2. The Online Store Website Administration reserves the right to make changes to the Offer without notifying the Buyer.

2.3. The Offer is valid for an unlimited period, unless otherwise specified on the Online Store website.

2.4. The Seller provides the Buyer with complete and accurate information about the Product, including information on the Product's key consumer properties, place of manufacture, as well as information on the warranty period and expiration date on the Online Store website, in the Legal Information section, on the "Warranty" and "Return of Goods" pages.

3. PRODUCT PRICE

3.1. The price for each Product is indicated on the Online Store website.

3.2. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the price of any Product.

3.3. In the event of a price change for an ordered Product, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer of the price change within a certain 7 days.

3.4. The Buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order for the Product if the price is changed by the Seller after the Order is placed.

3.5. The Seller is not permitted to change the price of the Product paid for by the Buyer.

3.6. The Seller specifies the delivery cost for the Product on the Online Store website or notifies the Buyer when the Operator places the order.

3.7. The Buyer's payment obligations for the Product are considered fulfilled upon receipt of funds by the Seller.

3.8. Payments between the Seller and the Buyer for the Product are made using the methods specified in the "Payment" section of the Online Store website.

4. PLACING AN ORDER

4.1. The Buyer orders the Product through the Operator via the online store website service www.studiopride.ru.

4.2. When registering on the Online Store website, the Buyer agrees to provide the following registration information:

4.2.1. Last name, first name, and patronymic name of the Buyer or the person designated by them (recipient);

4.2.2. Delivery address (if delivery to the Buyer's address);

4.2.3. Email address;

4.2.4. Contact phone number.

4.3. The name, quantity, assortment, article number, and price of the Product selected by the Buyer are indicated in the Buyer's shopping cart on the Online Store website.

4.4. If the Seller requires additional information, it has the right to request it from the Buyer. If the Buyer fails to provide the required information, the Seller shall bear no liability for the Product selected by the Buyer.

4.5. When placing an Order through the Operator (Section 4.1 of this Offer), the Buyer undertakes to provide the information specified in Section 4.2 of this Offer.

4.6. The Buyer accepts the terms of this Offer by entering the relevant information in the registration form on the Online Store website or by placing an Order through the Operator. After placing an Order through the Operator, the Buyer's information is registered in the Seller's database. After confirming the Order for the selected Product, the Buyer provides the Operator with the necessary information in accordance with the procedure specified in Section 4.2 of this Offer.

4.7. The Seller is not responsible for the content or accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing an Order.

4.8. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an Order.

4.9. A remote purchase and sale agreement between the Seller and the Buyer is considered concluded from the moment the Seller issues to the Buyer a cash or sales receipt or other document confirming payment. Vara.

5. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF GOODS TO THE BUYER

5.1. The Seller provides the Buyer with delivery services for the Goods using one of the methods specified on the Online Store website.

5.2. If the Remote Sale and Purchase Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is concluded with the condition of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the Seller is obligated to deliver the Goods to the location specified by the Buyer within the time period specified in the Agreement, or if the Buyer does not specify the delivery location, then to the Buyer's place of residence or registration.

5.3. The Buyer specifies the delivery location for the Goods when placing the Order for the Purchase of the Goods.

5.4. The delivery time for the Goods to the Buyer consists of the order processing time and the delivery time.

5.5. Delivered Goods are transferred to the Buyer, or, in the Buyer's absence, to any person presenting a receipt or other document confirming the conclusion of the Agreement or the delivery of the Goods.

5.6. At the time of transfer of the Goods, the Buyer must be notified in writing of the information specified in Appendix No. to the Agreement.

5.7. Information about the Goods is communicated to the Buyer in the technical documentation included with the Goods, on labels, by marking, or by other means accepted for certain types of goods.

5.8. Information regarding mandatory confirmation of Product conformity is provided in the manner and by the methods established by Russian Federation legislation on technical regulation and includes the document number confirming such conformity, its validity period, and the issuing organization.

5.9. Placing an order on the website with fitting and payment upon receipt at the pickup point, by courier, or by mail is not available. The Buyer can do this by placing an order on the Seller's social media.
