Returns
Regardless of the purchase price, shoes can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided they have not been worn and are in their original condition. To return, please fill out the form, after which we will contact you.
Returns
You can return or exchange your item at our store in St. Petersburg or send it to the pickup point by SDEK at your own expense.

Address for returning an order via SDEK:
- St. Petersburg, SDEK pickup point at 13 Zastavskaya Street, Maxim Bolokhov, 89992131081. Shipping to the pickup point is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds for purchases will be issued within 10 days of receipt and inspection of the shoes.
Warranty
The footwear warranty is valid for 40 days for the following cases: seam wear, upper peeling (1-2 mm is acceptable), and peeling of the lining (preventative). During this period, we provide warranty repairs at our location in St. Petersburg (delivery costs are not included) or we will compensate for the repair at a convenient repair shop in your city, upon receipt.
We would like to draw your attention to the specific features of leather pole dance shoes: first and foremost, these shoes are subject to increased stress from jumps, slides, etc., which affects their lifespan and appearance. Unlike regular shoes, which are stitched or where the upper is "sealed" into the sole, strip shoes, due to the specific nature of the model, are glued using a different technology.
Furthermore, we use natural materials that have a fatty layer, unlike fabric or leatherette. Due to these characteristics, the upper may separate from the platform by 1-2 mm, but this is not critical and does not affect further use. Separation of the upper from the sole usually does not occur further. If this does occur, we look forward to receiving your pair for warranty repair. All other cases are not considered defects, including chips on the platform (despite the most expensive shipping, we already receive components in this condition), scuffs on leather products during use, broken hardware, etc. In any case, we welcome any feedback.
